广东某矽卡岩型钨多金属矿矿物组成复杂,钨品位低,含钙脉石矿物多。针对该矿石特点,采用“优先硫化矿-常温粗选-加温精选”工艺,即钨粗选采用(731+油酸)作捕收剂,加温精选采用水玻璃和硫化钠作抑制剂。试验结果表明,在原矿含钨0.15%情况下,采用此工艺可获得含钨60.35%、钨回收率66.33%的钨精矿,与现场原工艺相比,钨品位提高了7.25个百分点,回收率提高了7.23个百分点。
廣東某矽卡巖型鎢多金屬礦礦物組成複雜,鎢品位低,含鈣脈石礦物多。針對該礦石特點,採用“優先硫化礦-常溫粗選-加溫精選”工藝,即鎢粗選採用(731+油痠)作捕收劑,加溫精選採用水玻璃和硫化鈉作抑製劑。試驗結果錶明,在原礦含鎢0.15%情況下,採用此工藝可穫得含鎢60.35%、鎢迴收率66.33%的鎢精礦,與現場原工藝相比,鎢品位提高瞭7.25箇百分點,迴收率提高瞭7.23箇百分點。
엄동모석잡암형오다금속광광물조성복잡,오품위저,함개맥석광물다。침대해광석특점,채용“우선류화광-상온조선-가온정선”공예,즉오조선채용(731+유산)작포수제,가온정선채용수파리화류화납작억제제。시험결과표명,재원광함오0.15%정황하,채용차공예가획득함오60.35%、오회수솔66.33%적오정광,여현장원공예상비,오품위제고료7.25개백분점,회수솔제고료7.23개백분점。
A skarn-type Scheelite polymetallic ore from Guangdong is low grade and complex in composition .There are amout of calcium gangue minerals in the ore .In light of the properties of the ore ,a beneficiation process of “preferential flotation of sulfide minerals - roughing in normal temperature-cleaner in high temperature”was applied to beneficiate the ore .In the beneficiation process ,731 combined oleic acid were used as collector , sodium silicate and sodium sulfide wereused as depressant in high temperature cleaner .The test results shows :By using this beneficiation process , a tungsten concentrate , whose tungsten grade is 60 .35% and recovery rate is 66 .33% ,can be obtain from the raw ores with the wolfram grade grade of 0 .15% .Comparing to the former beneficiation process ,the tungsten grade and the recovery of the tungsten tungsten concentrate increased by 7 .25% and 7 .23% respectively .
