本文探索性地在脂肪酸α位碳原子位置上引入极性胺基基团,研究开发出一种新型铁矿浮选药剂DM P-3,并以此为捕收剂对鞍钢集团齐大山选矿厂混合磁选精矿进行了反浮选试验研究。在浮选温度30℃,矿浆pH值11.50,淀粉用量600g/t ,捕收剂DM P-3用量600g/t ,采用一次粗选、一次精选的闭路浮选试验流程,获得精矿铁品位65.84%,回收率89.85%,尾矿品位10.32%的指标。试验结果表明,新型胺代改性脂肪酸捕收剂DM P-3具有无需活化,药剂用量少,低温活性好的特点。

Amine group was introduced to α-position of fatty acid as a new type flotation collector DMP-3 exploringly ,and the collecting performance was detected by actual mixed magnetic concentrate ores flotation from Qidashan concentrator in this article .At the temperature of 30℃ ,pulp pH 11.50 ,starch dosage 600g/t , DM P-3 dosage 600g/t , through one stage rougher- one stage cleaner closed circuit experiment ,obtained Fe grade of the concentrate 65.84% ,TFe recovery rate of 89.85% respectively , while the grade of tailing was 10.42% .The experimental research shown that the characteristics of the new type amine modified collector DMP-3 were less dosage ,lower temperature ,and no activation .
