本文针对新疆大黄山矿858倾斜厚煤层工作面开采难题,提出了采用综放开采工艺,并对所选用的ZFS5200/17/32型放顶煤液压支架防倒、防滑稳定性进行力学分析。通过分析发现ZFS5200/17/32型支架倾倒临界角为27°,由于858工作面煤层平均倾角为25°,考虑到工作面倾角局部变化,故需对支架采取一定的防倒、防滑技术措施。此外,通过对影响支架稳定性的关键综放工艺进行分析研究,确定了机采高度为3.2m ,放煤步距为1.2m ,放煤方式为单架依次顺序放煤。现场实践表明,858工作面在保证支架稳定性的基础上,实现了倾斜厚煤层高产高效开采,为以后类似条件工作面的开采提供了重要的现实依据。

본문침대신강대황산광858경사후매층공작면개채난제,제출료채용종방개채공예,병대소선용적ZFS5200/17/32형방정매액압지가방도、방활은정성진행역학분석。통과분석발현ZFS5200/17/32형지가경도림계각위27°,유우858공작면매층평균경각위25°,고필도공작면경각국부변화,고수대지가채취일정적방도、방활기술조시。차외,통과대영향지가은정성적관건종방공예진행분석연구,학정료궤채고도위3.2m ,방매보거위1.2m ,방매방식위단가의차순서방매。현장실천표명,858공작면재보증지가은정성적기출상,실현료경사후매층고산고효개채,위이후유사조건공작면적개채제공료중요적현실의거。
Aimingfor the mining problems of 858 inclined thick seam in Dahuangshan coalmine , adopting long wall with top coal caving was put forward .And after the stabilityanalysis on anti-dumping and anti-sliding of ZFS5200/17/32 powered support ,the dumping angle of ZFS5200/17/32 powered support is 27° .Due to the average inclination of 858face is 25° and taking local changes into account ,anti-dumping and anti-sliding measures should be taken .Besides ,after the analysis on the key long wall withcoal caving parameters ,thecutting height ,theway and step distanceof top-coal caving were determined .Actual practice shows that 858faceachieved high production andhigh efficiency caving on the basis of ensuring support stability ,which provides important realistic basis for similar face .
