本文针对新疆大黄山矿858倾斜厚煤层工作面开采难题，提出了采用综放开采工艺，并对所选用的ZFS5200／17／32型放顶煤液压支架防倒、防滑稳定性进行力学分析。通过分析发现ZFS5200／17／32型支架倾倒临界角为27°，由于858工作面煤层平均倾角为25°，考虑到工作面倾角局部变化，故需对支架采取一定的防倒、防滑技术措施。此外，通过对影响支架稳定性的关键综放工艺进行分析研究，确定了机采高度为3．2m ，放煤步距为1．2m ，放煤方式为单架依次顺序放煤。现场实践表明，858工作面在保证支架稳定性的基础上，实现了倾斜厚煤层高产高效开采，为以后类似条件工作面的开采提供了重要的现实依据。

Aimingfor the mining problems of 858 inclined thick seam in Dahuangshan coalmine , adopting long wall with top coal caving was put forward .And after the stabilityanalysis on anti-dumping and anti-sliding of ZFS5200/17/32 powered support ,the dumping angle of ZFS5200/17/32 powered support is 27° .Due to the average inclination of 858face is 25° and taking local changes into account ,anti-dumping and anti-sliding measures should be taken .Besides ,after the analysis on the key long wall withcoal caving parameters ,thecutting height ,theway and step distanceof top-coal caving were determined .Actual practice shows that 858faceachieved high production andhigh efficiency caving on the basis of ensuring support stability ,which provides important realistic basis for similar face .
