目的:探讨磁共振弹性成像(magnetic resonance elastography ,MRE)对主动脉壁弹性评价的可行性。方法制作血管模型的体模,采用离体猪主动脉、不同弹性的厚壁乳胶管和薄壁软胶管,三种血管模型包埋在弹性B-凝胶深部。三种血管模型内注入生理盐水。采用气动的驱动装置放置在体模表面,产生低频率机械波向体模内传播。采用M RE序列进行扫描,对体模内产生的机械波进行成像。结果机械波可以传播到体模深部血管模型的管腔中,三种不同血管模型内显示了机械波的良好传播。机械波沿着血管模型的长轴进行传播。在三种不同弹性的血管模型中机械波的波长变化明显,而且两种不同频率之间波长也相应变化。均与其物理特性相符,验证了成像的有效性。结论初步的探索显示M RE技术对主动脉壁弹性成像具有潜在可行性,值得进一步深入研究。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) technique in the evalua-tion of the elasticity of aortic wall .Methods A phantom study was performed .An ex vivo porcine aorta ,a thick-walled as well as a thin-walled latex tube were parallelly embedded in the bottom of the B-gel phantom .The vessel models were filled with normal saline and were imaged with a gradient-echo MRE imaging sequence ,and a small pneumatic passive driv-er applied to the surface of the phantom to generate mechanical waves within the vessel models .Results The mechanical waves were well transmitted to the vessel models embedded in the bottom of B-gel .The mechanical waves were well visu-alized within the vessel models propagating longitudinally along the vessel lumen .The wavelength change was well defined among the three vessel models with different elasticity .The wavelength change was also identified between different fre-quencies .These findings were consistent with physical characteristics and verified the effectiveness of the hypothesis .Con-clusion The study shows that MRE technique is feasible and potentially useful for assessing the elastic properties of aor-ta ,and merits further investigation .
