目的：探讨异位骨化的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析本院确诊的7例异位骨化患者影像学资料，总结异位骨化的影像学特征。结果异位骨化累及腕部1例，踝关节2例，膝关节3例，髋关节2例。X线平片上表现为软组织内的条状、片状或层状不规则骨化影，可伴有软组织肿胀；CT可清楚显示骨化区范围；骨化区在MRI T2WI均表现为低信号，周围可见片状高信号。结论异位骨化影像学表现具有一定特异性，掌握其特征性影像学表现并结合临床表现有助于对该病的诊断。
목적：탐토이위골화적영상학표현。방법회고성분석본원학진적7례이위골화환자영상학자료，총결이위골화적영상학특정。결과이위골화루급완부1례，과관절2례，슬관절3례，관관절2례。X선평편상표현위연조직내적조상、편상혹층상불규칙골화영，가반유연조직종창；CT가청초현시골화구범위；골화구재MRI T2WI균표현위저신호，주위가견편상고신호。결론이위골화영상학표현구유일정특이성，장악기특정성영상학표현병결합림상표현유조우대해병적진단。
Objective Toinvestigate the imaging features of heterotopic ossification (HO ) .Methods X-ray films and MRI of 7 HO patients were analyzed retrospectively ,and imaging features were summarized .Results In the 7 patients ,1 case occurred in w rist joint ,2 cases occurred in ankle joint ,3 cases occurred in knee joint and 2 cases occurred in hip joint . X-ray film demonstrated layer ossification in soft tissue and surrounding joints ,CT can display the boundary clearly ,and HO showed as low signal in MR T2WI-FS surrounding with high signal .Conclusion There are some characteristics of HO ,which can be very helpful for the imaging diagnosis .
