目的:探讨ADC在肝纤维化患者诊断中的价值。方法选取我院2013年1月~2013年9月经肝穿刺活检确认的肝纤维化患者56例,同时建立由20名健康成人组成的对照组,开展超导磁共振的弥散加权成像(DWI)检查。结果通过对56例慢性肝炎患者和20例健康志愿者开展M RI弥散加权成像测定ADC值,研究结果表明,随着肝纤维化分期增加和纤维化程度的升高,ADC值会出现逐渐的下降趋势。ADC值与纤维化分期存在负相关性关系,并且b值在500s/mm2时,相关性表现最优。结论 ADC具有对肝纤维化患者的诊断价值,其中弥散加权成像是肝纤维化病情诊断、效果评估的有效手段。

목적:탐토ADC재간섬유화환자진단중적개치。방법선취아원2013년1월~2013년9월경간천자활검학인적간섬유화환자56례,동시건립유20명건강성인조성적대조조,개전초도자공진적미산가권성상(DWI)검사。결과통과대56례만성간염환자화20례건강지원자개전M RI미산가권성상측정ADC치,연구결과표명,수착간섬유화분기증가화섬유화정도적승고,ADC치회출현축점적하강추세。ADC치여섬유화분기존재부상관성관계,병차b치재500s/mm2시,상관성표현최우。결론 ADC구유대간섬유화환자적진단개치,기중미산가권성상시간섬유화병정진단、효과평고적유효수단。
Objective To investigate the value of the superconducting magnetic resonance techniques in the diagnosis of patients with liver fibrosis .Methods 56 cases of liver fibrosis with liver biopsy confirmed in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2013 were selected ,while ,establishing control group consisted of 20 healthy adults underwent super-conducting magnetic resonance DWI (DWI) check .Results In the 56 patients with chronic hepatitis patients and 20 healthy volunteers were subjected to diffusion-weighted imaging MRI ,ADC values were measured ,the results showed that with the increase of liver fibrosis and fibrosis increases .ADC values appeared gradually declining trend .ADC values and fibrosis staging existed negative correlation relationship ,and when b values at 500 s/mm2 ,correlation between the per-formances was of the best .Conclusion The superconducting MRI has values in the diagnosis of patient with liver fibrosis . The diffusion-weighted imaging is an effetive means for diagnosis and assessment of liner fibrosis .
