目的:调查注意缺陷多动障碍儿童社会功能状态,以及与注意缺陷多动障碍核心症状的相关性。方法:选择2012年1月-2012年12月期间,因注意力不集中或好动等症状,被温州市某医院疑诊为注意缺陷多动障碍的641例初诊患儿作为调查对象,按照DSM-IV ADHD诊断标准评估,符合诊断标准者纳入注意缺陷多动障碍组,不满足诊断标准者纳入非注意缺陷多动障碍组。采用SNAP-IV评价注意缺陷多动障碍患儿核心症状严重程度,采用Weiss功能缺陷量表评价注意缺陷多动障碍社会功能,比较注意缺陷多动障碍组与非注意缺陷多动障碍组社会功能状态,并对注意缺陷多动障碍核心症状与社会功能进行相关性分析。结果:注意缺陷多动障碍组在家庭、学习/学校、生活技能、自我观念、社会活动、冒险活动等维度的社会功能,均明显低于非注意缺陷多动障碍组,两组差异均有统计学意义( P<0.001);不同性别注意缺陷多动障碍儿童各维度的社会功能,无统计学差异(P>0.05);注意力缺陷症状群评分与注意缺陷多动障碍各维度社会功能均有不同程度的相关;多动冲动症状群评分与家庭、社会活动、冒险活动相关。结论:注意缺陷多动障碍儿童存在社会功能缺陷,其核心症状与社会功能存在相关性。

Objective: To investigate the social function in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) children and study the correla-tion between ADHD core symptoms and social function.Methods: A total of 641 children with clinically suspected ADHD were interviewed and investigated from January to December in 2012 in Wenzhou.ADHD group was diagnosed according to DSM -IV criteria for ADHD and unim-paired children who did not meet the diagnostic criteria as the non-ADHD group.Severity of ADHD core symptoms were evaluated by Nolan , and Pelham, version IV (SNAP-IV) scale.Social function of ADHD children was evaluated by Weiss functional impairment rating scale -par-ent report(WFIRS-P)and analyze its correlation with ADHD core symptoms.Results: ADHD children had deficits in 6 dimensions of social function including family, school, life skills, child's self -concept, social activities, risky activities.There was significant difference between ADHD group and non-ADHD group(P<0.001), but there was no significant difference in the social function of deferent ADHD genders.There was a significant correlation between attention deficit symptoms and 6 dimensions of social function.While, dimensions of family, social activities, risky activities had significant correlation with hyperactivity symptoms separately.Conclusion:ADHD children has deficits in social function.So-cial function has correlation with ADHD core symptoms.
