分析了北约 STANAG 4538标准快速建链机制(FLSU)的技术特点。 FLSU 机制融合了呼叫建链与业务建链过程,并将呼叫信道与业务信道合并,有效地提升了建链效率和业务传输效率。通过建立短波自组织网的仿真场景和 FLSU 机制的仿真模型,分析了该机制的性能,并且与141B 标准的3G ALE 机制进行对比分析。仿真结果表明,FLSU 机制在网络负载较轻时,性能有明显优势。网络负载饱和时,FLSU 机制性能明显降级。因此,FLSU 机制的使用应与短波通信的应用需求结合。

Based on the research on STANAG 4538, this paper analyzes and describes the characters of fast link setup mechanism in this standard. FLSU mechanism, by syncretizing the procedure of calling link-setup and traffic link-setup, and combining calling channel with traffic channel, can improve the efficien-cy of link-setup. A special simulation scenarios of self-organization network based on the high frequency channel is established and a simulation model about FLSU mechanism is set up, which is used on contras-ting performance between FLSU and 3G ALE in 141B standard. The simulation result indicates that FLSU can provide the better capability than the 3G ALE based on light network load, while heavy network load can result in poor performance of FLSU. Therefore, the using of FLSU mechanism must meet the require-ment of real scene of high frequency application.
