目的：探讨显微手术联合纳洛酮治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选择2012年1月-2013年5月我院收治的高血压脑出血患者140例，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各70例。两组均进行显微手术治疗，术后对照组给予常规治疗，研究组在常规治疗的基础上加用纳洛酮。疗程均为2周，治疗后观察患者康复率、致残率、格拉斯哥预后量表（GOS）评分及并发症发生情况。结果研究组康复率和 GOS 评分高于对照组，残死率和术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论显微手术联合纳洛酮治疗高血压脑出血康复效果好，可有效促进患者神经功能恢复，提高康复率，降低并发症发生率。
목적：탐토현미수술연합납락동치료고혈압뇌출혈적림상료효。방법선택2012년1월-2013년5월아원수치적고혈압뇌출혈환자140례，장기수궤분위연구조화대조조，각70례。량조균진행현미수술치료，술후대조조급여상규치료，연구조재상규치료적기출상가용납락동。료정균위2주，치료후관찰환자강복솔、치잔솔、격랍사가예후량표（GOS）평분급병발증발생정황。결과연구조강복솔화 GOS 평분고우대조조，잔사솔화술후병발증발생솔저우대조조（P <0.05）。결론현미수술연합납락동치료고혈압뇌출혈강복효과호，가유효촉진환자신경공능회복，제고강복솔，강저병발증발생솔。
Objective To discuss the effect of microsurgery combined with naloxone on hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage. Methods 140 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were chosen from January 2012 to May 2013,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,each of 70 cases. Both groups given microsurgery,af-ter operation control group was given conventional treatment,while study group was given naloxone on the basis of conventional treatment. Both groups treated for 2 weeks. The recovery rate,disability rate,Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)score and the in-cidence of complications after treatment were observed. Results The recovery rate and GOS score of study group were higher than those of control group,the mortality and the incidence of complications were lower than those of control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Microsurgery combined with naloxone has a better rehabilitation effect on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage,can effectively promote the recovery of neural function,improve the recovery rate,reduce the incidence of complications.
