目的:探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)和基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP -2)在胶质瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集南华大学附属第一医院神经外科2009-2013年收集的经病理检查证实的胶质瘤石蜡标本64份作为胶质瘤组,另选取同期因脑创伤行颅内减压去除的脑组织标本36份作为对照组,采用免疫组化 SP 法检测两组MIF 及 MMP -2的表达情况,并分析胶质瘤组织中 MIF 与 MMP -2表达的相关性。结果胶质瘤组 MIF、MMP -2阳性表达率高于对照组(P <0.01)。不同性别、年龄胶质瘤患者 MIF、MMP -2阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),但胶质瘤组织学Ⅲ~Ⅳ级者 MIF、MMP -2阳性表达率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级者( P <0.05)。胶质瘤组织中 MIF 与MMP -2表达呈正相关(r =0.76,P <0.05)。结论 MIF 和 MMP -2过表达可能在胶质瘤的发生发展中起重要作用,并与胶质瘤的恶性程度密切相关。

목적:탐토거서세포이동억제인자(MIF)화기질금속단백매2(MMP -2)재효질류조직중적표체급기림상의의。방법수집남화대학부속제일의원신경외과2009-2013년수집적경병리검사증실적효질류석사표본64빈작위효질류조,령선취동기인뇌창상행로내감압거제적뇌조직표본36빈작위대조조,채용면역조화 SP 법검측량조MIF 급 MMP -2적표체정황,병분석효질류조직중 MIF 여 MMP -2표체적상관성。결과효질류조 MIF、MMP -2양성표체솔고우대조조(P <0.01)。불동성별、년령효질류환자 MIF、MMP -2양성표체솔비교,차이무통계학의의(P >0.05),단효질류조직학Ⅲ~Ⅳ급자 MIF、MMP -2양성표체솔고우Ⅰ~Ⅱ급자( P <0.05)。효질류조직중 MIF 여MMP -2표체정정상관(r =0.76,P <0.05)。결론 MIF 화 MMP -2과표체가능재효질류적발생발전중기중요작용,병여효질류적악성정도밀절상관。
Objective To explore the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)and matrix metallo-proteinase 2(MMP - 2)in glioma tissue and its clinical significance. Methods In the Department of Neurosurgery,the First Hospital Affiliated to South China University from 2009 to 2013,64 cases of glioma specimens were collected as glioma group,36 cases of brain tissue from brain trauma intracranial decompression collected as control group,the expression of MIF and MMP - 2 of the two groups were determined by immunohistochemistry SP method,and the correlation between the expression of MIF and MMP - 2 were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of MIF and MMP - 2 were higher in glioma group than those of control group(P < 0. 01). There was no significant differences in positive expression rates of MIF and MMP - 2 in glioma pa-tients with different gender,at different ages( P > 0. 05);however,the positive expression rates of MIF and MMP - 2 were higher in glioma patients with Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ stages compared to Ⅰ ~ Ⅱstages(P < 0. 01). The expression of MIF was positively corre-lated with MMP - 2 in glioma tissues(r = 0. 76,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The excessive expression of MIF and MMP - 2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of glioma,and they are closely associated with the malignant degree of glioma.
