高校实施绿色采购政策已是社会发展的必然趋势，而绿色采购监督机制的建立则是实施绿色采购政策的必要保障。当前高校物资采购监督工作还存在着一些问题，通过体制建设、制度保障、监督手段等方面建立并完善绿色采购监督机制，对于规范采购工作、促进绿色文明校园建设具有重要的推动作用。

The implementation of green procurement policy is an inevitable social trend in colleges and universities ,and the establishment of supervision mechanism of green procurement is necessary to guarantee the implementation of green procurement policy . In current colleges and universities , there are some shortcomings in the procurement supervision mechanism .The supervision mechanism of green procurement can be established and improved by constructing institution ,security system and monitoring measures .The mechanism would play an important positive role in standardizing procurement work and promoting green campus .
