将自研硬件设备CCX-M256点阵显示器应用于程序设计基础课程的教学中，学生在完成传统编程实验基础上，针对真实的硬件设备进行编程控制实验，激发了学生的学习兴趣，提高了学习的自信心，同时也强化了对程序设计课程基本知识的掌握。在这个过程中学生真正体会到编码的意义，加深了对循环语句、数组变换、算法、函数和指针等知识点的理解和应用。经过几年的教学实施，对教学质量提升有明显的效果。

The self-designed hardware device named CCX-M256 Dot Matrix Display is applied to the teaching of Program Design .After finishing the traditional experiments ,students are involved in the programming of how to control the hardware device using the learned knowledge .This process stimulates the students’ interest and confidence .The students comprehend the meaning of program and understand the knowledge such as the loop , array ,algorithm ,function ,pointer and so on .The reform has promoted the teaching implementation in recent years and obtained obvious effects .
