以现代工程教育理念为指导，基于应用型创新人才的培养和实践过程，构建了承载学科竞赛、科技项目和创新创业训练任务的交叉互补共享融通的3类创新实践平台，实施了“竞赛＋项目＋创业”三合一的创新实践模式，设置了“院级、校级、国家及省级”的递进式层次化3级创新实践方法，从而建立了立体式“333”创新创业体系。把创新创业训练纳入人才培养方案，促使创新创业活动贯穿人才培养全过程。发挥产学研在创新人才培养中的协同作用，培养学生团队的跨专业协同创新思维。

Guided by modern engineering education idea , three types of innovation practice platforms based on the training process of applicative and innovative talents have been constructed ,which can provide subject contest ,science and technology project and training mission .These platforms have the characteristics of cross complementation and sharing accommodation between each other .The“Three in One”innovative and entrepreneurial mode which integrates project ,subject contest and career creation has also been designed .Moreover the three-level progressive and hierarchical method has been set up .Ultimately the three-dimensional“Three in One”innovative and entrepreneurial system has been built .It is brought into the mode of talents cultivation throughout its whole process .At the same time ,the cooperation between Production ,Education &Research plays a role into the cooperative interaction during the training process of innovative and entrepreneurial talents .The practical abilities and innovative thought between the innovation team crossing different majors will be trained .
