实验教学示范中心对于创新型人才培养作用巨大。以中国石油大学油气储运国家级实验教学示范中心建设为例，总结了该中心在改革实验教学体系及内容、打造全新实验教学模式、自主研发实验教学平台、凝聚优秀教学团队、改革实验教学方法以及创新教学效果评价体系所取得的经验。教学实践表明：该中心建设取得了显著效果，学生创新能力明显增强，所研发的实验装备被多所高校引用，发挥了示范中心的领引和示范作用。

Experimental teaching plays a great role in the process of cultivating innovative students . The construction experience of the national experimental teaching demonstration center of oil and gas storage and transportation is presented . The reform conducted mainly includes the experimental teaching system and contents ,experimental teaching methods and effectiveness evaluation system ,laboratory equipment invention and excellent teachers’ cultivation .Teaching practice indicates that the students’ innovative ability is improved greatly and the satisfactory teaching performance is achieved .The experimental system has also been applied by a number of universities and plays a leading and demonstrative role .
