针对现有钢质框架型应力式直剪仪在小剪应力水平下受仪器摩阻力和环境温度变化影响较大的现象,设计改装了一种柔性拉线型应力式直剪仪,并针对两种仪器进行了摩阻力和温度变化影响标定试验。研究表明:两种仪器在较大剪应力水平下的相对误差基本都在5%以内,满足常规试验的精度要求;但在小剪应力水平下,框架型应力式直剪仪的摩阻力干扰最高可达22%,拉线型应力式直剪仪仅有13%,仪器改装有效地削弱了摩阻力的干扰;同样在小剪应力水平下,拉线型应力式直剪仪由温度变化产生的剪切力相对误差均值和标准差均小于框架型应力式直剪仪,仪器改装明显地提高了抗温度变化影响的能力。

Aiming at that the steel frame type stress controlled direct shear apparatus could be disturbed by instrument friction and temperature variation when it is in small shear stress level ,a flexible pull-type stress controlled direct shear apparatus is designed and refitted .Also ,an instrument friction test and a temperature variation test are conducted with these two kinds direct shear apparatuses .The research results show that in big shear stress level ,the relative error of two kinds direct shear apparatuses is both under 5% ;but when in small shear stress level ,that of the steel frame type stress controlled direct shear apparatus can even reach 22% ,but that of the flexible pull-type stress controlled direct shear apparatus is only 13% .This indicates that the instrument modification can effectively weakened the interference of frictional resistance .When in small shear stress level ,the relative error and standard deviation of flexible pull-type stress controlled direct shear apparatus can also be lower than that of the steel frame type stress controlled direct shear apparatus ,which has proved that the instrument modification can also improve the resistivity to the affection by temperature variations .
