为了准确测量旋转射流的三维分速度,该文着重研究了激光多普勒测速仪(LDA )的三维测试技术,通过实测数据和数值模拟,对比分析了同时具有发射和接收功能的一维和二维探头的位置关系、射流外围玻璃窗的影响、非协同测量模式的选择、有效数据率等问题。研究表明,在带有玻璃观测窗口的有限空间射流测量中,两探头宜采用后向接收布局,而L型布局测得分速度有一定的偏移,需要做多次的测试获取校正参数。为准确地三维速度的测试提供参考。

To accurately measure the three-dimensional component velocity of swirling jet ,this paper focuses on the three-dimensional Laser Doppler Velocimetry (LDA ) testing technology ,according to experimental data and numerical simulation results ,and comparatively analyses the positional relationship of one-dimensional probe and two-dimensional probe with transmitting and receiving functions , the impact of the swirling jet external glazing ,the choice of non-cooperative measurement mode ,and the problems of effective rate of data . The investigation shows that in a limited space with a glass observation window in swirling jet experimental device ,the backward pattern of two probes should be adopted ,the reason is that the measurement component velocity of L-shaped pattern has somewhat shifting , it needs to do many experiments for correction parameters ,and acquires reference data for accurate three-dimensional velocity .
