目的：观察针刺治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的止痛作用，并探讨其镇痛机制。方法：对40例第三腰椎横突综合征患者进行针刺治疗（穴取横突处阿是穴、肾俞、委中，3次/周，3周为1个研究周期）；并于治疗前（第0周）、治疗后（第3周）、回访时（第5周）用视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）进行疼痛评分；并用酶联免疫吸附试验（Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent As-say，ELISA）法检测血清白细胞介素6（Interleukin-6，IL-6）、白细胞介素10（Interleukin-10，IL-10）的水平。结果：治疗后（第3周）时，VAS值下降（P＜0.05），血清IL-6、IL-10水平上升（P＜0.05）；回访时（第5周）VAS值下降（P＜0.05），血清IL-6、IL-10水平下降（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺对第三腰椎横突综合征有很好的止痛作用，其镇痛机制很可能是促进细胞因子的代谢进程。
목적：관찰침자치료제삼요추횡돌종합정적지통작용，병탐토기진통궤제。방법：대40례제삼요추횡돌종합정환자진행침자치료（혈취횡돌처아시혈、신유、위중，3차/주，3주위1개연구주기）；병우치료전（제0주）、치료후（제3주）、회방시（제5주）용시각모의평분법（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）진행동통평분；병용매련면역흡부시험（Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent As-say，ELISA）법검측혈청백세포개소6（Interleukin-6，IL-6）、백세포개소10（Interleukin-10，IL-10）적수평。결과：치료후（제3주）시，VAS치하강（P＜0.05），혈청IL-6、IL-10수평상승（P＜0.05）；회방시（제5주）VAS치하강（P＜0.05），혈청IL-6、IL-10수평하강（P＜0.05）。결론：침자대제삼요추횡돌종합정유흔호적지통작용，기진통궤제흔가능시촉진세포인자적대사진정。
To observe the analgesic efficacy of acupuncture treatment on the third lumbar trans-verse process syndrome,and to explore the analgesic mechanism.Methods:Forty patients with the third lumbar trans-verse process syndrome were given acupuncture therapy in acupoints of ashi(on transverse),Shenshu(BL-23),Weizhong(BL-40)with 3sessions a week,3 weeks as a course.The pain (VAS)and the level of interleukin-6,interleukin-1 0 in the serum detected by ELISA after treatment (on the third week)and re-turned visit (on the fifth week)were recorded.Results:After 3 weeks of treatment,the score of VAS decreased (P<0.05 ),and the level of interleukin-6 and interleukin-1 0 in the serum were increased (P<0.05 ).In the return visit,the value of VAS decreased (P<0.05),and the level of interleukin-6,interleukin-1 0 in the serum were fallen (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment on the third lumbar trans-verse process syndrome had a better analgesic effect,and its analgesic mechanism may be promoting the metabolism of cytokines.
