目的：观察慢性斑块型银屑病患者痰浊阻遏，营卫不和兼证的临床特点。方法：选择173例慢性斑块型银屑病患者以辨证分型分组，详细记录临床资料并进行1年随访，观察2组间差异。结果：173例患者中属痰浊阻遏，营卫不和兼证者73例，与其他患者相比其BMI、血清TC、TG及皮损局部无汗、憋闷不舒、头重如裹、肢体沉重、固定性疼痛、嗜睡、舌体胖大、舌质紫暗、舌下经脉曲张、舌苔腻、脉弦等体征的比例明显偏高（P＜0.05），治疗效果较差。结论：慢性斑块型银屑病患者痰浊阻遏，营卫不和兼证患者较一般患者存在症状及治疗难度上的差异，应予以区分，并探寻对应的治疗方法。
목적：관찰만성반괴형은설병환자담탁조알，영위불화겸증적림상특점。방법：선택173례만성반괴형은설병환자이변증분형분조，상세기록림상자료병진행1년수방，관찰2조간차이。결과：173례환자중속담탁조알，영위불화겸증자73례，여기타환자상비기BMI、혈청TC、TG급피손국부무한、별민불서、두중여과、지체침중、고정성동통、기수、설체반대、설질자암、설하경맥곡장、설태니、맥현등체정적비례명현편고（P＜0.05），치료효과교차。결론：만성반괴형은설병환자담탁조알，영위불화겸증환자교일반환자존재증상급치료난도상적차이，응여이구분，병탐심대응적치료방법。
To explore the clinical features of chronic plague-type psoriasis patients with TCM syndrome of phlegm-obstructing and disharmony between yingfen and weifen.Methods:We collected clinical data of 1 73 patients with chronic plaque-type psoriasis in 1 year followed-up period to find the difference between TCM syndromes.Results:Patients with the TCM syndrome of phlegm-obstructing and disharmony between yingfen and weifen were often seen symptoms such as anidrosis,feeling oppressed,heavy head as if swathed, heavy limbs,regular pain,lethargy,plump tongue,dark purple colored tongue,sublingual varices,greasy coating and stringy pulse, and showed less satisfactory treatment result (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Chronic plague-type psoriasis patients with TCM syndrome of phlegm-obstructing and disharmony between yingfen and weifen were different from psoriasis patients of other syndromes in terms of symptoms and therapeutic methods,therefore they should be distinguished carefully,and treated properly.
