目的：探讨延续护理对全髋关节置换术患者康复的作用，为促进患者的健康提供依据。方法将同期在我院实施全髋关节置换术患者，按住院奇偶序号分成对照组及实验组各40例、43例，常规组接受常规治疗与护理，实验组在此基础上给予延续护理管理，比较两组患者并发症发生率及髋关节康复效果。结果实验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组，患侧髋关节 Harris 评分实验组显著优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论延续护理能督导和强化患者健康行为，从而促进患者康复，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토연속호리대전관관절치환술환자강복적작용，위촉진환자적건강제공의거。방법장동기재아원실시전관관절치환술환자，안주원기우서호분성대조조급실험조각40례、43례，상규조접수상규치료여호리，실험조재차기출상급여연속호리관리，비교량조환자병발증발생솔급관관절강복효과。결과실험조환자병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，환측관관절 Harris 평분실험조현저우우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론연속호리능독도화강화환자건강행위，종이촉진환자강복，제고환자생활질량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the continue nursing rehabilitation in patients with total hip replacement, provide the basis for promoting the patient’s health. Methods In the same period in patients undergoing total hip replacement, according to hospital odd number is divided into control group and experimental group 40 cases, 43 cases, normal group received routine treat-ment and nursing, the experimental group on the basis of the given continuing nursing management, compared two groups of pa-tients with complications and the effect of the hip joint rehabilitation. Results The complication rates significantly lower than the control group, experimental group patients with lateral Harris hip score the experimental group was significantly better than control group, comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference (p < 0. 05). Conclusion Continue nursing supervision and strengthen health behavior, to promote patients recover, improve the patients quality of life, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
