目的：观察使用湿润烧伤膏护理结肠造口周围刺激性皮炎的护理效果。方法将60例直肠癌术后结肠造瘘后发生造口周围刺激性皮炎的患者随机分为两组，观察组和对照组各30例，两组给予常规护理后，观察组使用湿润烧伤膏涂擦，对照组使用氧化锌软膏涂擦，分别于用药后第1、3和5d 观察并比较两组患者皮炎愈合情况及疼痛缓解情况。结果在各个观察时间点，两组患者皮炎治疗总有效率比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)，观察组优于对照组；两组患者疼痛缓解效果比较(P <0.05)，观察组优于对照组。结论湿润烧伤膏用于结肠造口周围刺激性皮炎的护理，在促进皮炎愈合和缓解疼痛方面的疗效优于刺激性皮炎常用药氧化锌。
목적：관찰사용습윤소상고호리결장조구주위자격성피염적호리효과。방법장60례직장암술후결장조루후발생조구주위자격성피염적환자수궤분위량조，관찰조화대조조각30례，량조급여상규호리후，관찰조사용습윤소상고도찰，대조조사용양화자연고도찰，분별우용약후제1、3화5d 관찰병비교량조환자피염유합정황급동통완해정황。결과재각개관찰시간점，량조환자피염치료총유효솔비교유통계학의의(P <0.05)，관찰조우우대조조；량조환자동통완해효과비교(P <0.05)，관찰조우우대조조。결론습윤소상고용우결장조구주위자격성피염적호리，재촉진피염유합화완해동통방면적료효우우자격성피염상용약양화자。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of MEBO on Peristomal irritant dermatitis after colostomy. Methods 60 patients with rectal cancer underwent colostomy ,who have peristomal irritant dermatitis, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The 2 groups were given conventional nursing, in addi-tion, the observation group using MEBO ointment, the control group using zinc oxide ointment inunction. We observe and compare the two groups of patients with dermatitis healing and pain relief. Results In the same observation time, two groups of patients with dermatitis treatment efficiency compared with statistical significance (P < 0. 05),The observation group was better than con-trol group;Two groups of patients with pain relief effect comparison,P < 0. 05,The observation group was better than control group. Conclusion The using of MEBO on peristomal irritant dermatitis after colostomy has the advantages of quick effect, short treat-ment course, economical, worth clinical promotion in basic hospital.
