目的：探讨 PFNA 治疗股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法2008年7月至2013年1月,采用 PFNA 治疗股骨转子间粉碎性骨折35例,评价术中失血、手术时间、术后并发症、骨折愈合时间及髋关节功能恢复情况。结果本组35例患者均获得随访7~19个月,平均(10±2.5)个月。术中出血量平均(300±50.1)mL,手术时间平均(82±49.3) min,骨折愈合时间平均(3.2±0.9)个月。髋关节功能评定：优28例,良5例,可2例,差0例,优良率94.29%。术后均未出现感染、内固定物松动断裂等并发症。结论 PFNA 治疗股骨转子间粉碎性骨折可取得较好疗效。
목적：탐토 PFNA 치료고골전자간분쇄성골절적료효。방법2008년7월지2013년1월,채용 PFNA 치료고골전자간분쇄성골절35례,평개술중실혈、수술시간、술후병발증、골절유합시간급관관절공능회복정황。결과본조35례환자균획득수방7~19개월,평균(10±2.5)개월。술중출혈량평균(300±50.1)mL,수술시간평균(82±49.3) min,골절유합시간평균(3.2±0.9)개월。관관절공능평정：우28례,량5례,가2례,차0례,우량솔94.29%。술후균미출현감염、내고정물송동단렬등병발증。결론 PFNA 치료고골전자간분쇄성골절가취득교호료효。
Objective To approach the curative effect of femur inter-trochanter comminuted fracture treated with PFNA. Methods Between July 2008 and January 2013, 35 patients of femur inter-trochanter comminuted fracture were treated with PF-NA, were evaluated the intraoperative blood loss, operation time, postoperative complications, time of bone union and articulatio coxae functional recovery. The articulatio coxae functional recovery:28 patients get excellent,5 patients get good ,2 patient get better,0 patient get diference,the excellent and good rate was 94. 29% . Conclusion The method of PFNA is a modus operandi to treat femur in-ter-trochanter comminuted fracture.
