目的：探讨罗哌卡因对剖宫产术后镇痛效果的影响。方法将82例剖宫产产妇分为观察组(44例)和对照组(38例)，分别给予罗哌卡因与布比卡因术后镇痛，观察两组镇痛效果。结果观察组术后镇痛优良率为95.45%，明显高于对照组的84.21%(P <0.05)；观察组感觉阻滞起效时间、感觉阻滞平面固定时间均低于对照组(P <0.05)；观察组产妇术后下床活动时间、肛门排气时间均明显早于对照组(P <0.05)；两组产妇术后不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后镇痛，具有镇痛效果好、不良反应少等优点，有利于产妇早期康复，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토라고잡인대부궁산술후진통효과적영향。방법장82례부궁산산부분위관찰조(44례)화대조조(38례)，분별급여라고잡인여포비잡인술후진통，관찰량조진통효과。결과관찰조술후진통우량솔위95.45%，명현고우대조조적84.21%(P <0.05)；관찰조감각조체기효시간、감각조체평면고정시간균저우대조조(P <0.05)；관찰조산부술후하상활동시간、항문배기시간균명현조우대조조(P <0.05)；량조산부술후불량반응발생솔비교무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론라고잡인용우부궁산술후진통，구유진통효과호、불량반응소등우점，유리우산부조기강복，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effects of ropivacaine on the postoperative analgesia of cesarean section. Meth-ods 82 puerperae undergoing cesarean section were divided into the observation group (with 44 cases) and the control group (with 38 cases), respectively treated with ropivacaine and bupivacaine for postoperative analgesia. Observations were carried out about the analgesic effects of both groups. Results As for the observation group, its excellence rate for postoperative analgesia was 95. 45% , significantly higher than 84. 21% of the control group (P < 0. 05). Its onset time for sensory block and fixed time for sensory block plane were lower than those of the control group (P < 0. 05). Its postoperative activity time for pueperae, and the time for anal aerofluxus were significantly earlier than those of the control group (P < 0. 05). There was no statistic significance for the postoperative adverse reactions of both groups (P > 0. 05). Conclusion With good analgesic effects, few adverse reactions and great benefits for the early recovery of puerperae, ropivacaine is worth clinical promotion and application in the postoperative analgesia of cesarean section.
