样品采用异辛烷为稀释剂,按1∶1的比例进行稀释后直接用元素分析法测定总氯含量。采用不同浓度的异辛烷基质的2,4,6-三氯酚作为标准溶液,用元素分析仪测定,建立两条电量-浓度标准曲线。方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.37%~3.60%(n=12)。测定结果表明:餐厨废油脂的总氯含量远高于食用油中总氯含量。该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、操作简单。

Samples were diluted by isooctane as diluent with the proportion of 1∶1 ,then the total chlorine was determined directly by element analysis. Using different concentrations of 2,4, 6-trichlorophenol as standard solution,two power-concentration standard curves were set up. The relative standard deviation of the determination was 1.37%~3.60%(n=12). Results showed that the total chloride content of waste cooking oils was much higher than that of edible oils. This method was simple,rapid,accurate and high sensitive.
