为实现多工序数控加工过程的自动化，设计了工件自动上下料系统。系统以工控机和PMAC 为核心控制机器人运动，实现工件的装夹。设计了机器人及末端执行器，并对机器人关键的电机及传动系统进行校核。设计了能够自动上料的上料机构，能自动旋转90°的转向机构。最后，对控制系统进行设计，以实现加工过程的自动化。

To achieve multi process CNC ma-chining process automation,this paper designed a system of automatic loading and unloading for the workpiece. The system controls the robot for workpiece clamping by the use of IPC and PMAC. This paper not only designed the structure of the robot including the end of the actuator but also checked the transmission system and the important motor of the robot.This paper designed an auto-matic loading mechanism and a steering mechanism which can rotate 90° automatically.Finally,this paper designed the control system in order to a-chieve process automation.
