针对内部光滑横流通道,分析对比了内部横流(ReDh =50000,100000)对外部气膜冷却特性的影响。采用瞬态液晶测试技术获得了气膜孔下游表面换热系数与气膜冷却效率分布,并测量了气膜孔的流量系数。随着内部横流的增大,气膜孔流量系数下降,气膜孔下游表面换热系数增高。关于气膜冷却效率,当吹风比为0.5时,小横流条件下气膜冷却效率高于大横流条件;随着吹风比的增加,增强内部横流反而增加了下游气膜冷却效率,尤其是在吹风比为2时,展向平均冷却效率提高了约180%。

Different internal crossflow(Re Dh =50 000,100 000)have been compared to find out the effect on the external film cooling performance based on the model of smooth secondary flow chan-nel with crossflow.The local surface film cooling effectiveness and heat transfer coefficient were measured with a transient liquid crystal technique. Discharge coefficient of film hole has also been measured.With the increase of internal crossflow, discharge coefficient decreases,and heat transfer is enhanced.About the film cooling effectiveness, result of the small crossflow case is higher than the other case at Br = 0.5;at the contrary,film cool-ing effectiveness is higher at the stronger crossflow case,especially,the lateral average film cooling ef-fectiveness is about 180% higher than the case with Re Dh = 50 000.
