根据该办公大楼的情况,分别考虑了独立建设空调动力站和采用市政管网冷热联供两种设计方案,从空调负荷、设备选型、投资情况与运行费用等方面进行了对比分析,结果表明利用市政管网夏季集中供冷投资少、运行费用低,可以提高管网的使用率,减少夏季城市的电力消耗,平衡电网负荷。指出办公类建筑选配动力站设备时应充分考虑建筑的特点,空调负荷的计算应有针对性,并应加大节能技术和自控技术的应用。

Based on characteristics of the office building,considers two design schemes-independent air conditioning power station scheme and municipal network cooling and heating scheme,and makes comparison from the aspects of air conditioning load,equipment selection,investment and operating cost. The results indicate that the scheme of using municipal network for central cooling in summer has the advantages of reducing the investment and operating cost,improving efficiency of the network,reducing urban power consumption in summer and balancing network load.Points out some issues needed to be considered,including building characteristics for selecting equipments of power station of office buildings, pertinence of air conditioning load calculation and application of energy-saving and automatic control technology.
