目的：探讨脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术后并发症的处理方式。方法选择入住我院脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术后发生并发症患者，分析并发症发生因素和相应的处理方式。结果20例脑室-腹腔分流术后患者，出现过度分流2例（10.0％），分流管外露2例（10.0％），分流管堵塞6例（30.0％），感染4例（20.0％），分流管脱出腹膜3例（15.0％），癫痫2例（10.0％），死亡1例（5.0％）。结论脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术后易发生并发症，应在术前采取积极的预防措施，术后采取有效的处理方式，降低并发症的发生，提高手术成功率。
목적：탐토뇌적수뇌실-복강분류술후병발증적처리방식。방법선택입주아원뇌적수뇌실-복강분류술후발생병발증환자，분석병발증발생인소화상응적처리방식。결과20례뇌실-복강분류술후환자，출현과도분류2례（10.0％），분류관외로2례（10.0％），분류관도새6례（30.0％），감염4례（20.0％），분류관탈출복막3례（15.0％），전간2례（10.0％），사망1례（5.0％）。결론뇌적수뇌실-복강분류술후역발생병발증，응재술전채취적겁적예방조시，술후채취유효적처리방식，강저병발증적발생，제고수술성공솔。
Objective To explore the complication of ventricular peritoneal shunt in the treatment of hydorcrania .Methods Patients with hydrocrania in our hospital were selected to analyze the reasons and treatment of complication .Results There were 2 cases with excessive diversion in 20 cases with ventricle peritoneal shunt ,accounted for10 .0% ;Shunt pipe leakage in 2 cases ,accounted for 10 .0% ;Shunt tube blocking 6 cases ,accounted for 30 .0% ;Infection in 4 cases ,accounted for 20 .0% ;Shunt out peritoneal 3 cases ,accounted for 15 .0% ;Epilepsy in 2 cases ,accounted for 10 .0% ;Death in 1 case ,accounted for 5 .0% .Conclusion Complication of ventricular peritoneal shunt in the treatment of hydrocrania occurred ,which should take active preventive measures before surgery ,and postoperative take effective way to handle it ,reducing complications and impro-ving the success rate of surgery .
