目的：探讨循证护理在轮状病毒感染中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的100例轮状病毒感染的患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用循证护理，比较2组的护理效果。结果观察组的腹泻改善时间、呕吐改善时间、退热时间、治愈时间均显著短于对照组（ P＜0.05）。观察组在生活质量总体满意度、认知满意度、情绪满意度方面评分显著高于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论循证护理使护理更有针对性，能够显著缓解轮状病毒感染的临床症状，提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토순증호리재륜상병독감염중적응용효과。방법장아원수치적100례륜상병독감염적환자분위관찰조화대조조，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상채용순증호리，비교2조적호리효과。결과관찰조적복사개선시간、구토개선시간、퇴열시간、치유시간균현저단우대조조（ P＜0.05）。관찰조재생활질량총체만의도、인지만의도、정서만의도방면평분현저고우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론순증호리사호리경유침대성，능구현저완해륜상병독감염적림상증상，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in rotavirus infection .Methods One hundred cases of rotavirus infection in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group ,the control group received routine nursing care ,the observation group was given evidence-based nursing based on the control group ,and nursing effects were compared between the two groups .Results Diarrhea ,vomiting ,fever time and healing time in the obser-vation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0 .05) .Life quality overall satisfaction ,and cogni-tive satisfaction ,emotional satisfaction score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Evidence-based nursing makes the nursing more targeted ;it can significantly relieve the clinical symp-toms of rotavirus infection and improve the life quality of patients .
