Objective To investigate the efficacy of improved dietary patterns in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods 80 cases of the stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into two groups ,40 cases in each group. The control group was given normal dietary patterns ,the observation group was given improved dietary patterns. Swallowing function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment ,the efficiency of control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P< 0.05). Scores of drinking water test and swallowing function of the two groups were no significant difference before treatment. After treatment ,swallowing function of the two groups were improved ,and the swallowing function of observation group is more better than that of control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion Improved dietary patterns can improve the swallowing function and quality of life of stroke patients with dyspha-gia ,reduce the complication and promote the rehabilitation of patients ,and is worthy of clinical use.
