目的：探讨奥拉西坦联合美多芭治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法45例长期单用美多芭患者随机分为2组，治疗组23例加用奥拉西坦静滴，对照组22例加用生理盐水静滴，疗程均为28 d。对比治疗前后组内及组间临床症状及体征变化情况。结果治疗组在静止性震颤、少动、僵直、位置性反射障碍及部分非运动症状方面与治疗前比较，P＜0.05；与对照组比较，P＜0.05，疗效优于对照组。结论奥拉西坦联合美多芭治疗帕金森病疗效更好。
목적：탐토오랍서탄연합미다파치료파금삼병적림상료효。방법45례장기단용미다파환자수궤분위2조，치료조23례가용오랍서탄정적，대조조22례가용생리염수정적，료정균위28 d。대비치료전후조내급조간림상증상급체정변화정황。결과치료조재정지성진전、소동、강직、위치성반사장애급부분비운동증상방면여치료전비교，P＜0.05；여대조조비교，P＜0.05，료효우우대조조。결론오랍서탄연합미다파치료파금삼병료효경호。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Oxiracetam combined with Madopar in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods 45 patients with long-term use of Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet were randomly divided into two groups , 23 cases in the treatment group ,combined with Oxiracetam intravenous infusion ,22 cases in the control group ,with normal saline infusion ,two groups were treated for 28 days. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs in and between groups before and after treatment were observed ,and the therapeutic efficacy was compared.Results The symptoms of resting tremor ,rigid-ity ,less dynamic ,position reflex disorder and non-motor symptoms of the treatment group improved significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05) and compared with those of the control group (P<0.05). Its curative effectiveness was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with Madopar has better curative effectiveness in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
