将马来松香与甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(HEMA)酯化物(MRH)分别与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)在甲苯溶液中进行了共聚反应,研究了单体比例对其性能的影响,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)、热重分析(TGA)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等对聚合物结构和性能进行了表征,为开发松香基精细化工产品提供理论基础。FTIR和NMR的结果证实:成功制得了MRH与MMA或St的共聚物。当MRH用量较少时,共聚物能够溶解在甲苯中;当其用量较多时,共聚物在甲苯中处于溶胀状态,表明形成了交联网络结构。TGA和DSC结果表明:共聚物中MRH较多时热稳定性较高,而玻璃化转变温度较低。

The ester of maleic rosin and 2-hydroxylethyl methacrylate was used as macromolecular monomer (MRH),and then it was copolymerized with styrene (St)or methyl methacrylate (MMA)in the presence of toluene.The effects of monomer ratio on the properties of the copolymer were investigated.The copolymeriza-tion was synthesized successfully by charactering with FTIR and HNMR.The copolymers were soluble in tolu-ene with small amount of MRH.However,they swelled in the toluene with high MRH.The high contents of MRH improved the thermal stability of the copolymers,when the glass transition temperature decreased which was confirmed by thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimeter.
