茶皂素以其良好的农药生物活性和表面活性被广泛用于工农业生产与生活。因其具有皂苷溶于水及多种有机溶剂的性质，传统的茶皂素提取法有水提法和有机溶剂法，近年来随着辅助提法和大孔树脂法研究的深入，使得茶皂素的回收率和纯度大大增加。目前茶皂素的开发利用主要集中在医药、化工、饲料工程、土壤修复等领域，文章综述了以上几方面的国内外研究进展。茶皂素是很有潜力的工农业原材料，如果能解决其纯度不高、提取成本高、活性机理研究滞后等问题将有广阔的前景。

Tea saponin has been used extensively in industrial and agricultural production and human life with excellent pesticide biological activity and surface activity.Conventional extraction techniques of water extraction and organic solvent method for saponin is soluble in water with many organic solvents.In recent study of the auxiliary formulation and macroporous resin method,the recovery and purity of tea saponin develop greatly. Nowadays tea saponin is mainly applied to medicine,chemical industry,feeding engineering,soil remediation and other fields.This review covers the research and development at home and abroad.Tea saponin is a prom-ising agricultural and industrial raw material.By high purity,low cost,the research on active mechanism has a broad prospect.
