基于气粒两相快速热平衡原理,为保证颗粒帘换热器的效率,有必要使气流与颗粒均匀接触。针对颗粒均匀问题,设计一套以多孔板为主要部件的均流装置,并探究多孔板孔径及孔间距对均流效果的影响。结果表明:多孔板错列布孔,孔径6~10 mm、孔间距35~50 mm 的情况下,颗粒均流效果与孔间距的大小成反比,低于40 mm后不再明显变化;孔径10 mm、孔间距40 mm的多孔板,颗粒均流效果较好。

According to the theory of fast thermal equilibrium in gas-solid two-phase flow,it is necessary to make the contact of particles and flow as uniform as possible to ensure the efficiency of the heat exchanger device.In order to offer a uniform particle distribution during the particle curtain heat exchanger working,a device was designed in this paper.And some experimental in-vestigations were done to explore the influence on particle distribution of pore diameter and center distance of the perforated plate in the uniforming device.Results showed that,when the porous plate hole staggered arrangement,diameter 6~10 mm,hole distance 35~50 mm,the particle distribution is inversely proportional to the size of the hole distance,and has no significant change when it below 40 mm;a porous plate with aperture 10 mm,hole spacing 40 mm has better parti-cle distribution.
