1例22岁女性患者，因“恶心、呕吐、腹痛、胸闷3 d”入院，入院诊断为肝功能不全、重症心肌炎、肺部感染。临床药师在用药过程中加强对患者的药学监护，主要包括：抗菌药物的使用、糖皮质激素的应用、质子泵抑制剂的不良相互作用、保肝药物的选择等，同时对患者出院带药、服药注意事项、定期复查项目等进行用药教育，确保用药安全、有效。
1례22세녀성환자，인“악심、구토、복통、흉민3 d”입원，입원진단위간공능불전、중증심기염、폐부감염。림상약사재용약과정중가강대환자적약학감호，주요포괄：항균약물적사용、당피질격소적응용、질자빙억제제적불량상호작용、보간약물적선택등，동시대환자출원대약、복약주의사항、정기복사항목등진행용약교육，학보용약안전、유효。
One 22-year-old female patient was hospitalized for nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, chest tightness for 3 days. The patient was diagnosed as liver dysfunction, severe myocarditis, pulmonary infection. Clinical pharmacists took pharmaceutical cares during the hospitalization as follows:utilization of antibiotics and corticosteroids, adverse interaction of proton pump inhibitors, and selection of liver protection drugs, etc. The education on the medication included discharge medication, notes of taking drugs, reexamination indexes regularly to make sure the safety and efifciency of drug use.
