针对目前榆林市水利系统信息不共享，急需要进行信息化的需求，设计开发了榆林市水务局共享信息平台---榆林市水务地理信息系统。系统的运行结果表明建立地理信息共享平台实现了水利专题信息与基础地理信息的有效结合，便于本系统共享信息资源，对于进一步推动榆林市水务工作信息化具有重要意义。

According to the current situation that the information resources are not shared in the water conservancy system of Yulin City and the need that the informatization must be conducted impatiently ,the information sharing platform of Yulin City Water Conservancy Affairs Bureau(Yulin City Water Conservancy Affairs and Geographic Information System ) is designed and developed ,in order to share the internal information resources .The operation results show that the effec-tive integration of special water conservancy information and basic geographic information is achieved by setting up the sharing platform of geographic information ,which could facilitate the sharing of the system’s information resources and is of important significance for the promotion of the informatization of the water conservancy work in Yulin City .
