风力发电机监控系统采用上位机和下位机的两级控制方式。上位机由计算机和通用监控系统软件组成,可实现数据采集、显示和监控等功能;下位机以西门子S7-200PLC为核心、,通过风向检测、风速检测、风沙强度检测、PID控制等措施,实现了风力发电机的自动控制;为相关企业利用现有的设备组建计算机控制系统提供借鉴。

The wind turbine monitoring system adopts two-level control-the host and slave systems.The host system,composed of a computer and universal software of monitoring system,can perform many functions such as data acquisition,display and monitoring.The slave system,based on the Siemens S7 -200PLC,can realize automatic control of the wind power generator by means of wind direction measurement,wind speed measurement,sand content measurement in wind and PID control.They can serve as reference for relevant enterprises in using their existing equipment to establish a computer control system.
