基于橡胶炸药的优良特性及其广泛用途,率先将高温硫化硅橡胶与室温硫化硅橡胶混合,作为橡胶炸药的黏结剂,通过组分的配比及制备工艺的研究,得到一种能够可靠起爆、稳定传爆的临界厚度为0.4 mm的薄片橡胶炸药配方,即太安︰高温硫化硅橡胶︰室温硫化硅橡胶=85︰9︰6,其中额外加入了两种硫化剂,即过氧化双(2,4-二氯苯甲酰)和四乙氧基硅烷,并对该橡胶炸药进行了机械感度和爆速的测定。结果表明:其撞击感度爆炸百分数为32%,摩擦感度爆炸百分数为36%,药片厚0.6 mm,密度1.50 g/cm3时其爆速达到了6850 m/s。

Based on excellent properties and extensive use of rubber explosives,in this study,HTV ( high tempera-ture vulcanization) silicone rubber and RTV ( room temperature vulcanization) silicone rubber were mixed as the adhesive of rubber explosive. A sheet rubber explosive which could be initiated reliably and detonated stably was prepared through studying the ratio of ingredients and preparation process. The critical thickness of the sheet rubber explosive for stable boos-ter was 0. 4 mm,and it sformula was 85% PETN,9% HTV silicone rubber and 6% RTV silicone rubber,in which 2,4-di-chlorobenzoyl peroxide and tetraethoxysilane were added additionally. Mechanical sensitivity and detonation velocity of the rubber explosive were also measured. The results show that its impact sensitivity is 32% and the friction sensitivity is 36%. The detonation velocity of the rubber explosive reaches 6850 m/s at the tablet thickness of 0. 6 mm and the density of 1. 50 g/cm3 .
