用组织研磨涂布法对中国红豆杉中产紫杉醇的内生真菌进行分离，得到45株内生真菌；通过形态学和分子生物学手段对一株产紫杉醇的菌株Tax-4进行鉴定，其结果为黑团壳属（ Massaria）。表明从中国红豆杉中分离得到了一株产紫杉醇的黑团壳属内生真菌，丰富了产紫杉醇内生真菌的资源。
用組織研磨塗佈法對中國紅豆杉中產紫杉醇的內生真菌進行分離，得到45株內生真菌；通過形態學和分子生物學手段對一株產紫杉醇的菌株Tax-4進行鑒定，其結果為黑糰殼屬（ Massaria）。錶明從中國紅豆杉中分離得到瞭一株產紫杉醇的黑糰殼屬內生真菌，豐富瞭產紫杉醇內生真菌的資源。
용조직연마도포법대중국홍두삼중산자삼순적내생진균진행분리，득도45주내생진균；통과형태학화분자생물학수단대일주산자삼순적균주Tax-4진행감정，기결과위흑단각속（ Massaria）。표명종중국홍두삼중분리득도료일주산자삼순적흑단각속내생진균，봉부료산자삼순내생진균적자원。
In this study , the tissue grinder method was used to isolate the endophytic fungus from Taxus chinensis stems and forty-five endophytic fungus were obtained .The strain producing taxol ( Tax-4) was identi-fied as Massaria based on morphology and molecule .Endophytic fungi were obtained from Taxus chinensis stems, and the strain Tax-4 was identified as Massaria.It is indicated that the endophytic fungus Massaria producing taxol was isolated from Taxus chinensis, which further enriched the resources of taxol-producing fun-gi .
