将转化医学理念引入眼科研究生教育中,探索“四阶段一贯制”学校、附属医院及研究所联合培养模式。通过在“理论知识储备”阶段确立临床导师负责制,构建个性化的课程体系;在“课题凝练”阶段指导研究生从临床实践中凝练课题,实施临床与基础学科导师组联合培养;在“基础科研能力训练”阶段进行Seminar教学;在“科研成果形成”阶段由导师组联合指导研究生撰写学术论文与学位论文等方式;促进眼科研究生科研能力提升。

장전화의학이념인입안과연구생교육중,탐색“사계단일관제”학교、부속의원급연구소연합배양모식。통과재“이론지식저비”계단학립림상도사부책제,구건개성화적과정체계;재“과제응련”계단지도연구생종림상실천중응련과제,실시림상여기출학과도사조연합배양;재“기출과연능력훈련”계단진행Seminar교학;재“과연성과형성”계단유도사조연합지도연구생찬사학술논문여학위논문등방식;촉진안과연구생과연능력제승。
The training mode of ‘consecutive four-stage system’ for postgraduate education was investigated under the united training condition of university , institute and affiliated hospital based on the concept of translational medicine theory. At the stage of ‘theoretical knowledge accumu-lation’, the clinical supervisor had the overall responsibility and constructed the personalized curricu-lum for postgraduates; at the stage of the ‘project preparation’, the clinical supervisor asked post-graduates to find the issue from clinical practice and constructed the united training by supervisors from clinical department and basic research department; at the stage of ‘training of basic research ability’, seminar teaching was carried out for postgraduates; at the stage of ‘scientific achievement formation’, supervisors guided postgraduates to write papers and thesis. By these means, the abilities of scientific research for ophthalmic postgraduates were promoted.
