西南医院全军肝胆外科研究所通过问卷调查梳理总结出,当前肝胆外科硕士研究生培养质量评价机制存在评价内容较为片面单一、评价方式相对滞后、以单方面他评为评价主体等弊端。由此,对评估体系从如下方面进行优化:①建立目标决策评价系统,由导师和硕士研究生根据课题研究方向和自身情况对培养目标进行细化,以细化后的目标为参照进行评价。②建立全面的质量标准系统,扩宽评价的深度和广度,涵盖专业素质、科研能力、人文素养、医德医风等方面的全方位、全过程评价。③在培养过程中引入学习历程档案评价及最佳证据医学教育模式,建立监控实施系统和信息反馈评价系统。

In our country, nowadays, evaluation system of stages-model is adopted to estimate the quality of education training of postgraduates majoring in hepatobiliary surgery. The quality of the published papers is the chief standard to assess postgraduates' learning outcome. Meanwhile different standards of evaluation have been established according to the distinction between the professional degree and the academic degree. Institution of Hepatobiliary Surgery of PLA in Southwest Hospital summarized the defects in current evaluation system for the master degree candidates of hepatobiliary surgery through questionnaire survey. And the defects were listed below:firstly, the evaluation content was too much simplex;secondly, the evaluation method was relatively hysteretic;and finally, external assessment from single part was the main form. On this basis, Institution of Hepatobiliary Surgery of PLA in Southwest Hospital proposed some measures to optimize and the evaluation system to improve the comprehensive quality of these postgraduates. These measures were also listed below:①establish-ing the evaluation system of goal programming;detailing the training objective by tutors and postgrad-uates according to the direction of the research project and the situation of themselves and using these detailed objectives as the primal reference to do evaluation. ②establishing the total quality manage-ment system covering the professional competence, capacity for scientific research, humanistic quality and medical ethics to broaden the depth and breadth of the evaluation. ③introducing study process profile and the best evidence medical education in the training process to establish the monitoring system and the information feedback system.
