为了科学评价东北地区野生白鲜皮的药材质量，以产自吉林、内蒙古、黑龙江和辽宁4个省域8个地区的野生白鲜皮为试验药材，采用高效液相色谱法，测定了白鲜皮中梣酮、黄柏酮和白鲜碱3种药用成分的含量。结果表明：参试药材样品的梣酮和黄柏酮含量均明显高于《中国药典》规定标准，但白鲜碱含量与全国平均水平差异不大，其中吉林梅河口药材样品的梣酮、黄柏酮和白鲜碱含量均最高，分别为0.2261％、0.6129％和0.0323％。东北地区野生白鲜皮的药材质量普遍较好，其中吉林梅河口所产药材质量最佳。

In order to evaluate the quality of northeast wild Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz., the contents of fraxinellone, obacunone and dictamnine of wild Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.from 8 regions of Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Liaoning were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the contents of fraxinellone, obacunone in growing areas were obviously higher than that of pharmacopoeia requirements, and the dictamnine content had no significant change with the national average level.The contents of fraxinellone, obacunone and dictamnine of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.produced in Meihekou area of Jilin Province were all the highest, respectively were 0.226 1%, 0.612 9% and 0.032 3%.Therefore, the quality of wild Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.from northeast was better, and the best was produced in Meihekou area of Jilin Province.
