为筛选出防治由苎麻疫菌引起的棉铃疫病的有效化学药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了9种杀菌剂(40%五氯硝基苯粉剂、50%福美双可湿性粉剂、80%三乙膦酸铝可湿性粉剂、80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂、722 g/L霜霉威盐酸盐水剂、250 g/L嘧菌酯悬浮液、52.5%噁酮·霜脲氰水分散粒剂、46.1%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂)对棉铃疫病病原菌的室内毒力,并通过田间药效试验评价了不同杀菌剂对棉铃疫病的防治效果。田间药效试验结果表明:46.1%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂和80%三乙膦酸铝可湿性粉剂防治效果较好,3次施药后对棉铃疫病的防治效果分别为67.74%、44.68%、36.54%和45.16%、44.68%、32.69%,防效相对稳定,可优选用于棉铃疫病的防治。

In order to screening effective chemical fungicides to control cotton boll blight caused by Phytophthora boehmeriae Sawada, the virulences of the 9 tested fungicides ( 40% quintozene powder, 50% thiram wettable powder, 80% fosetyl aluminum wettable powder, 80% mancozeb wettable powder, 70% thiophanate methyl wettable powder, 722 g/L propamocarb hydrochloride aqueous solution, 250 g/L azoxy strobin suspending agent, 52.5% evil ketone cymoxanil water dispersible granule and 46.1% cupric hydroxide water dispersible granule ) against the pathogen Phytophthora boehmeriae were determined by the mycelial growth rate test , while the control efficacy was evaluated by field trials.The results showed that after 3 times application, 46.1% copper hydroxide WG and 80% fosetyl-aluminium WP exhibited a significant control efficacy ( 67.74%, 44.68%, 36.54% and 45.16%, 44.68%, 32.69%) against cotton boll blight, and the control efficacy was relatively stable.These two kinds of fungicides could be used to control cotton boll blight in agriculture practice.
