为解决温室栽培条件下无公害番茄生产中果实硝酸盐含量超标的问题,研究了氮磷钾肥施用量(采用“3414”回归设计)、施用生物肥料、施用氮肥抑制剂对番茄产量和硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明:增施化学氮肥是导致番茄果实硝酸盐含量增高的直接原因,施用钾肥、生物肥料和氮肥抑制剂能够有效降低果实中的硝酸盐含量。在基肥中增加适量生物肥料和氮肥抑制剂,定植后增加氮肥和钾肥的追肥次数,结果期进行叶面喷肥,可控制无公害番茄生产中果实的硝酸盐含量。并据此制订出番茄无公害施肥技术,以指导番茄生产。
為解決溫室栽培條件下無公害番茄生產中果實硝痠鹽含量超標的問題,研究瞭氮燐鉀肥施用量(採用“3414”迴歸設計)、施用生物肥料、施用氮肥抑製劑對番茄產量和硝痠鹽含量的影響。結果錶明:增施化學氮肥是導緻番茄果實硝痠鹽含量增高的直接原因,施用鉀肥、生物肥料和氮肥抑製劑能夠有效降低果實中的硝痠鹽含量。在基肥中增加適量生物肥料和氮肥抑製劑,定植後增加氮肥和鉀肥的追肥次數,結果期進行葉麵噴肥,可控製無公害番茄生產中果實的硝痠鹽含量。併據此製訂齣番茄無公害施肥技術,以指導番茄生產。

To solve the problem of excessive nitrate content of fruit in pollution-free tomato production under the greenhouse cultivation condition, the effects of application amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ( using 3414 regression design ) , biological fertilizer and nitrogen inhibitors on tomato yield and nitrate content were studied.The results showed that nitrogenous fertilizer was a direct cause of increased nitrate content of fruit , and potassium, biological fertilizer and nitrogen inhibitors could effectively reduce the nitrate content of fruit.Therefore, increasing the amount of fertilizer and nitrogen inhibitors in the basal fertilizer , adding the topdressing times of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer after planting, and spraying fertilizer to the leaf at fruit period could control nitrate content of fruit in pollution-free tomato production.The formulation of the fertilization technology of pollution-free tomato could guide tomato production.
