以转基因杂交抗虫棉邯棉646为试验材料,采取随机区组试验设计,在行长10 m、行距0.6 m条件下,设种植密度24000、31500、39000、46500和54000株/hm2计5个处理(种植密度由株距调节),研究不同种植密度对邯棉646产量及纤维品质的影响,以明确实现邯棉646产量与纤维品质最佳结合的种植密度。结果表明:邯棉646的最佳种植密度为39000株/hm2,该种植密度下产量较高且纤维品质最好,能够实现产量与纤维品质的最佳结合。

Taking transgenic hybrid Bt cotton Hanmian 646 as test material, adopting randomized block design, five planting density of 24 000, 31 500, 39 000, 46 500 and 54 000 plants/hm2 (planting density was adjusted by the spacing) were treated in the row length of 10 m and row spacing of 0.6 m, and the effects of different planting density on yield and fiber quality of Hanmian 646 was studied.The results showed that the optimum planting density of Hanmian 646 was 39 000 plants/hm2 , the yield was higher and the fiber quality was best in the planting density, and it could achieve the best combination of yield and fiber quality.
