以杜鹃花为材料,对其液剂干制工艺进行了研究,结果表明:液剂干燥法各处理中,液剂组合15%的甘油+7%柠檬酸+5%亚硫酸钠,再于60℃下烘干16 h,在保色、护形方面明显优于其他处理。该液剂组合在烘干24 h后,其失水率都高于其他处理;烘干时间增加会导致花瓣特别易脆,从而失去干花护形的价值。
以杜鵑花為材料,對其液劑榦製工藝進行瞭研究,結果錶明:液劑榦燥法各處理中,液劑組閤15%的甘油+7%檸檬痠+5%亞硫痠鈉,再于60℃下烘榦16 h,在保色、護形方麵明顯優于其他處理。該液劑組閤在烘榦24 h後,其失水率都高于其他處理;烘榦時間增加會導緻花瓣特彆易脆,從而失去榦花護形的價值。
이두견화위재료,대기액제간제공예진행료연구,결과표명:액제간조법각처리중,액제조합15%적감유+7%저몽산+5%아류산납,재우60℃하홍간16 h,재보색、호형방면명현우우기타처리。해액제조합재홍간24 h후,기실수솔도고우기타처리;홍간시간증가회도치화판특별역취,종이실거간화호형적개치。
The drying technology of Rhododendron simsii has been studied in this paper,showing that A1B2C2,the second drying technology (the mixture of 15% glycerin,7% citric acid and 5% sodium sul-fite with six hours soaking time)does better in maintaining the color and shape than the other 8 drying ways.The water loss rate treated by this way is 1 9.7% higher than the lowest water loss rate treated by any other way after 24 hours drying.This drying way has also produced a better sensory quality.Pro-cessed by this mixture liquid,the flower is to be dried for 8,16 and 24 hours with its water loss rate and sensory quality tested each time.The result indicates that 24-hour drying is the most ideal time with a higher water loss rate and a better maintaining of the flower’s shape.
