文章针对应用型本科高校教师教育人才培养，提出了以教师职业技能训练为基础，以教育教学综合素质培养为核心，以教师专业化发展为目标的教师教育人才培养路径。通过实施“12345＋N”工程，即组建1个团队，增强教师教育整体实力；设立2个中心，凸显教师教育专业特色；搭建3个平台，提高未来教师综合素养；设置4个模块，重构教师教育课程体系；构建5个体系，保障教师教育专业发展；建立N个基地，形成联动机制互补双赢，实现教师教育人才培养与基础教育现实需求的无缝对接。

Considering the training plan for teacher education in application-oriented colle-ges and universities , the educational approach is proposed including the basis of professional training, the core of comprehensive quality , and the goal of professional development .The“12345 +N” project means constructing one team to improve the general quality of the staff , setting up two centers to highlight the professional characteristics of teacher-training , building three platforms to promote teachers ’ comprehensive competence , establishing four modules to reconstruct the teacher-education curriculum system , developing five systems to guarantee the professional development ,and finally making N bases to achieve linkage mechanism .Therefore, hopefully ,teacher-training education may meet the requirement of elementary education .
