文章针对应用型本科高校教师教育人才培养,提出了以教师职业技能训练为基础,以教育教学综合素质培养为核心,以教师专业化发展为目标的教师教育人才培养路径。通过实施“12345+N”工程,即组建1个团队,增强教师教育整体实力;设立2个中心,凸显教师教育专业特色;搭建3个平台,提高未来教师综合素养;设置4个模块,重构教师教育课程体系;构建5个体系,保障教师教育专业发展;建立N个基地,形成联动机制互补双赢,实现教师教育人才培养与基础教育现实需求的无缝对接。
文章針對應用型本科高校教師教育人纔培養,提齣瞭以教師職業技能訓練為基礎,以教育教學綜閤素質培養為覈心,以教師專業化髮展為目標的教師教育人纔培養路徑。通過實施“12345+N”工程,即組建1箇糰隊,增彊教師教育整體實力;設立2箇中心,凸顯教師教育專業特色;搭建3箇平檯,提高未來教師綜閤素養;設置4箇模塊,重構教師教育課程體繫;構建5箇體繫,保障教師教育專業髮展;建立N箇基地,形成聯動機製互補雙贏,實現教師教育人纔培養與基礎教育現實需求的無縫對接。

Considering the training plan for teacher education in application-oriented colle-ges and universities , the educational approach is proposed including the basis of professional training, the core of comprehensive quality , and the goal of professional development .The“12345 +N” project means constructing one team to improve the general quality of the staff , setting up two centers to highlight the professional characteristics of teacher-training , building three platforms to promote teachers ’ comprehensive competence , establishing four modules to reconstruct the teacher-education curriculum system , developing five systems to guarantee the professional development ,and finally making N bases to achieve linkage mechanism .Therefore, hopefully ,teacher-training education may meet the requirement of elementary education .
