钻井过程中钻杆柱的高速涡动会引起钻杆柱与井壁的随机碰撞。为了有效预测与控制钻杆柱与钻头在井下的运动规律,建立了符合实际工况的井下多体钻柱系统固液耦合有限元模型,分析了钻井液对钻柱系统瞬态动力学特性仿真结果的影响。研究结果表明:钻柱在钻井液的作用下横向振动减弱、与井壁发生碰撞的次数减少。为进一步阐明钻柱运动规律、预测和控制井眼轨迹奠定了基础。
鑽井過程中鑽桿柱的高速渦動會引起鑽桿柱與井壁的隨機踫撞。為瞭有效預測與控製鑽桿柱與鑽頭在井下的運動規律,建立瞭符閤實際工況的井下多體鑽柱繫統固液耦閤有限元模型,分析瞭鑽井液對鑽柱繫統瞬態動力學特性倣真結果的影響。研究結果錶明:鑽柱在鑽井液的作用下橫嚮振動減弱、與井壁髮生踫撞的次數減少。為進一步闡明鑽柱運動規律、預測和控製井眼軌跡奠定瞭基礎。

A high speed whirl of drill pipe in the drilling process caused random collisions of drill pipe against the wall.In order to effectively predict and control the motion law of drill pipe and the drill bit in the underground,the coupled finite element model of the solid-liquid is established for the down hole drill string multi-body system,Analysis of the drilling fluid on the transient dy-namics simulation results of drill string system is carried out.The results show that:under the effect of the drilling fluid,the drill string’s lateral vibration weakened and its vibration accelera-tion and amplitude were decreased at different level,these established the foundation for further elucidate the movement of the drill string,and predict and control the well trajectory.
