在无催化剂作用下用一步法聚合制备水性超支化分散剂,避免了多步提纯操作,并测定超支化分散剂在墨水中的酸值、羟值和稳定性。研究DMPA和丙三醇的不同配比,以及反应温度、反应时间、真空度、真空时间对其酸值、羟值、稳定性的影响。结果表明,DMPA的配比为42.14%,真空时间为6h,真空度是30kPa,分散剂的稳定性系数在0.2以下,是合成超支化分散剂的最佳条件。

재무최화제작용하용일보법취합제비수성초지화분산제,피면료다보제순조작,병측정초지화분산제재묵수중적산치、간치화은정성。연구DMPA화병삼순적불동배비,이급반응온도、반응시간、진공도、진공시간대기산치、간치、은정성적영향。결과표명,DMPA적배비위42.14%,진공시간위6h,진공도시30kPa,분산제적은정성계수재0.2이하,시합성초지화분산제적최가조건。
Different water-soluble hyperbranched resin dispersants were synthesized by melt polymerization method without catalyst. It could avoid the multi-step process and complex purification. The hyperbranched resins were characterized by acid value, hydroxyl value,viscosity and stabilization in ink. Effects of proportion of DMPA and glycerol,reaction temperature,vacuum level and vacuum time on acid value,hydroxyl value,stabilization in ink was studied. Result showed that when the ratio of DMPA was 42.14%,vacuum time was 6h ,vacuum degree was 30 kPa,it was the optimal condition to synthesis hyperbranched dispersant. The stability kinetic was under 0.2.
