以剑麻麻膏为原料,水为溶剂,采用浓硫酸酸解法制备水解物,考察了水解时间、硫酸质量浓度、麻膏与浓硫酸质量比对水解收率及水解物含量的影响。以高效液相色谱为检测手段,通过单因素和正交设计实验确定了水解的最佳工艺条件:水解时间8h,硫酸质量浓度15%,麻膏与浓硫酸质量比1∶1。在此条件下水解物收率68.56%,水解物含量12.55%。
以劍痳痳膏為原料,水為溶劑,採用濃硫痠痠解法製備水解物,攷察瞭水解時間、硫痠質量濃度、痳膏與濃硫痠質量比對水解收率及水解物含量的影響。以高效液相色譜為檢測手段,通過單因素和正交設計實驗確定瞭水解的最佳工藝條件:水解時間8h,硫痠質量濃度15%,痳膏與濃硫痠質量比1∶1。在此條件下水解物收率68.56%,水解物含量12.55%。

Hydrolysis process of sisal paste catalyzed by concentrated sulfuric acid was studied. Hydrolysis time, sulfuric acid concentration, sisal paste and concentrated sulfuric acid ratio affected the hydrolysis yield and the saponin content of sisal hydrolysate were investigated. Through single factor experiments, orthogonal experiments and HPLC detector, the optimum preparation process was determined:hydrolysis time 8h, acid concentration 15%, sisal paste and concentrated sulfuric acid ratio 1:1. Under the conditions, the yield of sisal hydrolysate reached to 62%, and the saponin content of sisal hydrolysate was 13.26%.
