研究南海红树林内生真菌ZH-58的代谢产物。采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。从南海红树林内生真菌ZH-58的菌体中分离得到6个代谢产物。经波谱解析,分别为tetracenomycin D (1),alternariol monomethyl ether (2),dehydroaltenusin(3),5-O-methylbostrycoidin(4),bostrycoidin(5),环(苯丙-酪)肽(6)。初步药理活性显示化合物1对人体口腔癌细胞( KB, KBv)抑制的IC50值分别为8μg·mL-1和10μg·mL-1。所有化合物均首次从南海红树林内生真菌ZH-58中分离得到。

Secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungus No. ZH-58 from the south China sea was studied. The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basia of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Six metabolites were obtained and elucidated as tetracenomycin D (1),alternariol monomethyl ether (2),dehydroaltenusin(3), 5-O-methylbostrycoidin(4),bostrycoidin (5 ), cylo(Phe-Tyr) (6). In the preliminary bioassay, 1 showed inhibittory activity on the KB and KBv cell line with IC50 values of 8 and 10μg/mL. The six metabolites were obtained from endophytic fungus No. ZH-58 for the first time.
